Most orders are shipped out within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Customs fees, taxes and any additional charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Vintage items are one of a kind. Once they are sold, they are gone forever. Website vintage items are not kept in store and are to be purchased online. If you would like to view a specific item in person, please call us at 305-892-0213 to make an appointment.
All vintage items are in great vintage condition, unless otherwise noted. This means the item has been used. It does not look brand new, but it has no stain, tear, hole, or any issue that affects wearability. Any such issue will be disclosed in the "note" area of item description. If the item has never been used (still has original hang tag, etc.), we will disclose this information as well.
Measurements provided should be utilized as an estimated guide. The best way to ensure proper fit is to compare given measurements to a similar garment you may already own. Please carefully check item description and contact us with any question.
YES, WE ACCEPT RETURNS.
The Rabbit Hole appreciates your business and wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns for internet orders up to 7 days after delivery date. To start your easy return process, please follow the instruction below:
1) email email@example.com. We will provide a return shipping address.
2) DO NOT remove any tag. Once tag is removed, return request can not be accepted
3) have your return package insured and postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive the item. You will be refunded 100% of items price after the package is received and inspected.
*Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. If the returned item was purchased with a FREE SHIPPING offer, a $5 shipping fee ($12 for international buyer) will be deducted from your refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to us. Please insure the return package, as we can not be responsible for item that gets lost in transit. We will process your refund promptly once the item is received in the exact same condition it was shipped out, with all tags intact. In-store purchases are not returnable.
