Return Policy

YES, WE ACCEPT RETURNS.

The Rabbit Hole appreciates your business and wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns for web orders up to 7 days after item is received. To start your easy return process, please take the following steps:

1) email info@shoprabbithole.com to let us know you are intending to return an item

2) DO NOT remove any tag. Once tag is removed, return request can not be accepted

3) have your return package insured and postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive the item. We will notify you via email when the item is received, and you will be refunded 100% of items price.

*Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. If the returned item was purchased with a FREE SHIPPING offer, a $5 shipping fee ($12 for international buyer) will be deducted from your refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to us. Please make sure the package is insured as we can not be responsible for item that gets lost on its way back to us. We will process your refund promptly when the item is received in the exact same condition it was shipped out, with all tags intact. In-store purchases are not returnable.
